NFL Pro Bowl
NFL Pro Bowl weekend was a great experience. I went down to Orlando for summit put together by one of my BFFS 4L. He set up an opportunity for current and former NFL athletes to meet some extremely influential individuals in business and finance. For me the culmination of the weekend was a sit down with Grant Cardone of Cardone Capitol.
Back to the pro experience, we had a photo opp scheduled with the mayor of Orlando, but somehow the fact that we were going to a black-tie event slipped through the communication line. We were the only individuals in jeans and button ups, lol. Honestly it worked in our favor, I was able to speak with HOF greats as well as coaches and athletes living in the Orlando area. It was a great event.
The next day we went to the actually Pro Bowl game. Through one of the NFL Athletes I have been fortunate to train and his agent, we were able to gain field access and spend some time under the stadium. I was able to meet the flyover crew as well. We attended the NFL Pro Bowl after party for the players, their families, and other NFL personnel. The food was awesome! I made quite a few relationships which looks to squat a good bit of time in the air and on the road. Each trip should provide great opportunity to connect with my industry brethren.
The next day is when we made the kick to Miami to meet with the Cardone Capitol Group. Audio link is below. Give it a listen some serious knowledge bombs were dropped. It was a great weekend! Next year I plan on returning, but will have athletes participating in the game.
